BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Alexandra Weyland-Richter has served as Co-Chairman since the 2099 merger. Granddaughter of Sir Peter Weyland, she previously served as Chairman of the pre-merger Weyland Corporation Board. Ms. Weyland-Richter holds degrees in astrophysics from Cambridge and business administration from INSEAD. She has been a director since 2088.

Hideo Yutani served as Chairman and CEO of Yutani Corporation for 22 years prior to the merger. Under his leadership, Yutani expanded from a Japanese electronics manufacturer into a global leader in biotechnology and advanced manufacturing. Mr. Yutani holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from Wharton. He has been a director since 2099.

Karl Bishop Weyland has served as CEO since the 2099 merger, having previously served as CEO of Weyland Corporation from 2092. Grandnephew of Sir Peter Weyland, he joined the Corporation in 2076 as a project engineer in the Terraforming Division. Mr. Weyland holds degrees in mechanical engineering from MIT and public policy from Harvard Kennedy School.

Tomoko Sakai has served as CFO since 2104, having previously served as Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Finance. Before joining the Corporation, Ms. Sakai was Managing Director at Goldman Sachs International. She holds a degree in economics from Waseda University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Dr. Hallstrom is a former partner at Deloitte & Touche and served as Commissioner of the European Securities and Markets Authority from 2095 to 2103. She brings extensive expertise in financial regulation, audit oversight, and corporate risk management. Dr. Hallstrom holds a doctorate in accounting from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Mr. Oduya is the former CEO of Borgia Industries, where he led the company through a decade of expansion in defense electronics. He currently serves on the boards of two other publicly traded companies. Mr. Oduya holds a degree in systems engineering from the University of Lagos and an MBA from London Business School.

Lady Ashworth is a former British Ambassador to the United Nations and served as the UK's first Minister for Extraterrestrial Affairs from 2085 to 2094. She brings deep expertise in international governance, diplomacy, and regulatory frameworks. Lady Ashworth holds degrees from Oxford and the London School of Economics.

Prof. Kanamori is a theoretical physicist and the developer of the quantum fold propulsion framework. He served as Weyland Corporation's Chief Scientist from 2024 to 2060 and is Professor Emeritus of Physics at the CERN-Weyland Complex. Prof. Kanamori is a recipient of the Nobel Prize in Physics (2036) and the Copernicus Medal (2028).

Dr. Voss is the former Director-General of the European Space Agency and a recognized authority on space policy and interstellar governance. She currently serves as Distinguished Fellow at the Brookings Institution. Dr. Voss holds a doctorate in aerospace engineering from TU Delft.

General Cole served as Commandant of the United States Colonial Marine Corps from 2098 to 2108. His 40-year military career included command positions across 12 star systems. He brings critical expertise in security operations, logistics, and off-world operational readiness. General Cole holds a degree from West Point and a master's from the Naval War College.

Dr. Okonkwo served as President of the Weyland-Yutani Explorers Academy from 2068 to 2110, overseeing its expansion from a single campus to a five-campus institution. She is a recognized leader in STEM education and workforce development. Dr. Okonkwo holds a doctorate in education from Harvard and a degree in chemistry from the University of Ibadan.

Mr. Nakahara is the former CEO of Sumitomo Heavy Industries and served as Chairman of the Japan Business Federation (Keidanren). He brings extensive experience in heavy manufacturing, industrial automation, and Asian market strategy. Mr. Nakahara holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Tohoku University.

Dr. Santos-Dumont is a physician-scientist and the former Surgeon General of the International Health Organization. She led the IHO's response to three off-world medical emergencies and established the framework for interstellar medical standards. She holds an MD from the University of Sao Paulo and a PhD in epidemiology from Johns Hopkins.

Mr. Chen is the founder and former Managing Partner of Tranquility Ventures, one of the largest venture capital firms specializing in deep-space technology. He has been instrumental in funding over 200 technology startups. Mr. Chen holds a degree in computer science from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
